2016 Ford Eacape: turned on the defrost for the first time and it made a loud noise and the SUV started shaking as I drove.

I have a 2016 Ford Eacape.  I turned on the
defrost for the first time and it make loud
noises when the blower/motor was on and
started shaking the whole SUV.   I took it in
and they stated they have been having
issues with the blower/motor and replaced
it.  Two days after the new blower was
instLled I turned in the defrost again and
same issues.  Both times after I used the
defrost the air conditioning and heat does
the same loud noises and vibrations.  No
air comes out of the vents.  Good it back
again the the blower is full of white stuff
the dealer called white feathers?   I see
Ford has had issues with the blower and
motor like this for many years on many of
their vehicles.  Also since I took my SUV in
the first time the tire sensors keep coming
on too.  I see this has been an issue as
well.  Any suggestions?   Do I have a
lemon?  Thank you for your time and
suggestions.

It's insulation on top of the wheel well getting sucked in.

Agree the white insulation on the p/s wheel well is getting sucked into the blower and or there is a critter using the insulation as a nest in blower. Either way there is no easy way to clean debris out of this terribly located blower motor assembly. $400 repair at dealership.
