is it correct listing a price which is impossible to get ?

Hi , i saw a car listed for $11,991from a dealer, when i asked the total price (
final price ) it seemed to me very hight so i asked the break down and an
"installed package" come up for 1500 usd , is it correct listing a price which is
impossible to get ? thanks

Do you mean is it right that dealers list lower prices to get you interested? No it's not right, but an accepted practice. Those are the dealers you avoid, try to find an honest one that has true up front prices.

yes correct , after numerous emails this installed package popped up for un uppricing of 1500 , lucky that i didn't drive there . thank you for your answer
