Car repair went south

Hey people quick question so I removed the bottom pulley
on a 2016 Ford fusion to replace the water pump but then I
realize the it was to much work so I reassemble the car
now it doesn't want to start ,did I move the timing or any
ideas why it won't start anymore, thanks

Are you referring to the crank pulley? All that does is drive the serpentine belt, removing it and reinstalling it won't have any effect on the starting circuit, unless you didn't reconnect the battery or knocked the crank sensor off or disturbed the wiring to it causing an open in the circuit; Google your crank sensor location and check it. A missing input from a crank sensor can prevent a car from starting.
