Question type: Maintenance & Repair

We replaced the thermostat, checked the hoses at the firewall, both are hot, but
still no heat.

It may be in the heater control valve not allowing the heat to come thew. Otherwise there is a HVAC blend door actuator not working. Does the blower motor work?

Both heater hoses being hot tells me you purged the air from the cooling system and that it is circulating threw the heater core. So it would be one of the other two items I have mentioned.

Where is the heater control valve and the HVAC door located?

The heater control valve should be in the heater hose. The blend door actuator is an electrical part under the dash hooked to the blend door in the vent system. Do not know exact location.
