How to replace key switch

FIRST, disconnect the battery! Rotate your key to the RUN position on the switch. There is a small hole on the lower part of your steering column next to a screw hole. Place a small screwdriver in the hole and press in to release the lock. Just pull it out now. NOTE. When you get your new lock, it will not be programed for your car. You will have to reprogram the new keys.

I have a 2003 Ford Expedition, trying to remove the key ignition but I do not a hole at the bottom of the steering wheel. So how do I remove the key ignition?
