What is the best (opinion) oil to
use in a Lincoln MKT without
Turbos?

5w20 Motorcraft Synthetic Blend. Take it to you local Ford or Lincoln dealership for servicing or do it yourself. Avoid Walmart and the quick lube places. If it has turbos then it needs 5w30 Motorcraft Synthetic Blend or full synthetic.

I was just curious on what answers I would get because I found where Lincoln says regular oil but I found another location that said Synthetic Blend.

It will not hurt to upgrade to a blend or full synthetic.
