Buying from out of state private seller

I am interested in buying a car from a private seller and wanting to see if
CarGurus has assistance for this type of sale. The owner is out of state as well
so vehicle needs to be shipped.

Have the vehicle inspected by a professional inspection company. I've used lemonsquad.com for this with excellent results. Get a few shipping quotes too. Try uship.com for a free quote. Depending on how far away the vehicle is it might be cheaper to drive it home. I did that when I bought my 94 Fleetwood in North Carolina. It was a 600 mile "test drive" home. Hope that helps! Jim
