lemon law, Ford Focu 2015

Question type: General

I purchase a Ford Focus from a Houston Dealer. I later discover this vehicle
was purchased back by Ford. I got a loan to purchase the vechicle. The dealer
can't fix it or it would be very expensive. Why are you advertising these vehicles
for sale?

If the dealer sold you a Lemon car and did not disclose it you should take legal action. Notify the local DA, the DMV and maybe the Attorney General in your state.

Also your local Office of Consumer Affairs. It's required that you be told that a vehicle has a branded title (lemon, salvage, flood, etc.) BEFORE you agree to buy it!! Hope that helps! Jim

2012 to 2016 Ford Focus have transmission issues. Some model years had a recall. Do your research before buying your next vehicle. Cargurus doesn't limit dealers on what they can list for sale. It is up to you to do your homework.
