Unable to get title and tags from dealer

I bought a truck from Prestige Autoplex in
Austin, Tx on 11/17/2020 and today
02/10/2021 I still don’t have title and tags.  
What can I do to get them to transfer title to
my name and get me the tags?

Contact your states DMV, it might be delayed in being processed if the dealer submitted the information. Did you contact the dealer yet with your concern? Cargurus has nothing to do with the title and tags. Also you would only get the title if you paid in full. If you financed the title goes to the lender.
