The Weather option does not work

I only get a message that says the service is temporarily out of service. I do not pay for Onstar. I called the dealer and they tell me that Onstar and the Weather option are connected.

No. Apparently the weather option is provided by XM. Has nothing to do with OnStar. Somehow I feel that the service people at the dealer do not know squat.I am upset.
