Will these rims fit my car?

I have a 98 2500 suburban the curb weight is 4769lbs I am looking at rims
and it fits my car but it  says the max load is 3420 what does that mean will
these rims fit my car?

Tires can be rated for weight but I've never seen rims rated . It may be dangerous to use passenger tires on an SUV
