Driving 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Through 200mm water enough to wreck engine?

That's about 8 Inches, Im sure the bottom of the jeep body sits higher then that, you should be fine with no problems. If it makes you feel better let the car dry completely.

As long as your air cleaner box is closed and latched, and there are no leaks in the hoses you should have no problem
