Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Advanced Auto Parts installed a battery in my
car and the gentleman sheared off the
negative battery terminal bolt. They want to fix
it by drilling out the bolt. Is this the correct
way to fix this

they should replace the batt. If they do anything that messes with the original cable don't let them . If all they'll do is drill and tap the battery itself then that's up to you . What have we learned ?
