How to Contact CarGurus?

Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

I have an account but there is no method to contact anyone at CarGuru's.
They say they can't handle my sale transaction because I have a Lien. That is
not true. I paid off Honda a month ago & received my clear title from DMV this
week.
Listed car this morning 3/18/21

If your State is like mine DMV will not remove the lien information from your VIN until you physically take the title to your local DMV agency for them to see the clear title in person. Personally I refuse to do that because I don't feel that's my responsibility. So if you look at my 08 Grand Marquis it will still show a lien on the vehicle when I paid it off several years ago and have the clear title. Hope that helps! Jim
