2006 chevy tahoe z71 4x4

When i start my 06 tahoe z71 4x4 Every morning it
has a tendency of shaking and sounding like if it
wants to turn  off. But then after 3sec it goes back
to normal it only happens in the mornings ..ive
changed spark plugs and. Engine oil..

I would try cycling the ignition key 2-3 times to see if that stops it from happening, sounds like you have an internal fuel pressure leak either in the tank unit or an injector. If cycling key multiple times works the leak is usually the regulator on the pump in tank .
