Dash lights flicker, AC stops blowing, traction and battery light comes oN

Driving or sitting still, my ac stops and defrost
kicks on. The gauges lose power and my
track light comes on. Last several minutes
and then everything works again. What is
this???

U need to have the alternator checked out. Those r warning signs that the alternator is on it's way out but hasn't completely keeled over dead yet.
