Fuel pump

We put in a new fuel pump a couple of years ago, but now she won't start, it will start for a few seconds and stop. Just wondering if anyone else has problem with fuel pumps on one of these Vans, had problems with ever since we got it.

Before you blame fuel pump go rent a fuel pressure gauge and test pressure. Is it pressure there, does it stay consistent or drop right away?
