Can I use a non working vehicle as a trade in for a new vehicle?

That depends on the selling Dealer. Most dealers will take a non running vehicle and give you scrap value for it as long as you have the title in your name. Hope that helps! Jim

All you will get is $200 max. If the dealer gives you more he is adding the cost back onto the price for the new car.
