Does anyone know if I can fit 17 in wheels and
tires on my 2015 Chevy Tahoe LTZ 4wd with a
leveling kit without causing any problems or do I
have to stick with 20s?

17's will work just fine. Use a tire calculator online to pick the correct size 17" tires. 265/70/17 will be close.
