2003 Yukon battery not keeping charge. Replaced with new battery and
problem still happening. Took to dealer and they replaced the fuel pump and
fuel lines. said car had a lot of corrosion underneath. The battery lasted for a
couple days and is now just clicking when key inignition. Power seats worked
before I tried to start car though.

Have they checked to see if the alternator was working? A low battery may still be able to turn on some lights or other interior functions, yet lack the juice needed to crank the car, so it seems you may still just have a low battery. Get the alternator tested. Mechanic should also look for any corroded connections or grounds.
