there are no codes showing and after 2 or 3 days she will start again but
sputters for a bit then fine, and if i keep starting it every 8 to 10 hours she
works fine but any longer nothing and like to add i had it to a couple garages
they said im not the only one with that problem but there is no way to fix it

OBDII diagnostics came out in 1996, and since then, mechanics have relied on this to find all the car problems. Your truck precedes this and you'll have a difficult time finding a mechanic willing to put in the time to work on it, unless you pay him a boat-load of money. That's why your Ford dealer brushed you off..... Intermittent problems are particularly hard to diagnose; there are many possible causes. There's likely something simple to fix, like a vacuum leak or a broken ignition switch. Or maybe you just need an extensive tune-up.

you'll need to check for proper spark , fuel pressure and injector pulse when the problem occurs and take it from there , I don't think the average " mechanic " likes trouble shooting things like this , I think plug , play , gimee my pay is more their style . It may have a wiring problem somewhere , could be fuel pressure , tap the schrader valve when it acts up , look for a good motor to chassis ground .
I've got a friend that had the same problem with his and he threw all kinds of parts on it and nothing worked until he replaced the fuel pump module with a ford unit and that did it. He also did the fuel pump fuse relocate cause his was showing signs of heat problems. Hope this helps
