tail lights and light bar

after I installed the new smoke tail lights and light bar I bought when I turn the
head lights on the tail lights don,t blink correctly and the turn signal on the light
bar stops blinking but with the head lights off it works correctly, any
suggestons?

Sounds like an electrical feedback or loss of ground pathway. Recheck the wiring on the light assemblies, if those are Chinese units they may not be wired correctly.
