I get a slight hesitation with minor vibration at times when driving my 2014
Toyota Camry. It started months ago and is now doing it more often. I first
thought it may have been caused by bad gas but gas treatment and replacing
engine air filter did not help. The engine light has not came on to indicate any
engine problems.

I would check the ignition system. It might be a bad coil or a bad spark plug. It may be time to replace all your spark plugs.
Cars equipped with an automatic transmission might experience a hesitation when accelerating. Revised software for the on board computer is available which may correct this problem. Software revisions are commonly most helpful on newer vehicles. Once the mileage builds up a worn component could cause similar problems. Or when ever major transmission work is performed, the transmission software should be updated as necessary.

At what road speed does this problem occur?. What gear are you in when this issue is most severe?
