Electrical system mystery

Asked by Guru9C4QQ1 Jul 10, 2021 at 11:25 AM about the 2014 Toyota Camry SE

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2014 Toyota Camry SE..I was driving down the road in daylight with
my lights in the "auto" mode so the entire dash lit up as I entered the garage
at work then the car stalled as I pulled into a parking space and noticed my
key fob wouldn't lock the doors, got back in to start it and nothing happened,
no power to anything. I tried to start it again and it started right up but the
clock and radio were reset. I couldn't duplicate the problem it worked
normally for a day or two, then did the same thing again without any warning.
Any idea what's going on and any suggestion for a solution to my problem?

Any warning lights on or flashing when the engine is running?

Mine is doing the same thing..all the lights will come on and shut off.. but every time I mess with the positive battery cable the car will crank..it was initially stated it was corrosion around the linebut its still occurring on my 2013 Toyota Camry SE
