Absolutely not. They can easily get the funds reversed after taking possession of the car with a complaint, not to mention they could be using a stolen account. Cash is king, or let them arrange bank financing. They can take their money out of Paypal and then pay you in cash. If they INSIST on Paypal only, then something is fishy.
