1984 Dodge Ram 1500 Powerwagon wont start im the morning

I have a 1984 dodge ram power wagon, it starts up
just fine during the day but never in the morning
when its chilly out. We put a new fuel pump in
because it was flooding and ran fine for about a
week and now its back to not starting again.
