Any red flags especially without warranty?

I'm looking at a 2014 VW Touareg 3.6L V6 with 42k miles.  One owner.  Any red
flags especially without a warranty? Thank you!

VW's are kinda like a BMW. Nice cars but expensive to maintain and repair. Have a VW specialist check it before buying.
