Question type: Maintenance & Repair

the ford excursion was misrepresented only to find out that the truck has lots of
bodyfiller in it very unhappy with my purchased .my wife is a retired vet. and we
needed a good rust free and accident free truck it took almost all the money we
had to buy this excursion after looking for about 1 year again this is not good for
anybody to get ripped off like this.

Inspections should be done before the purchase! Unless you have a Written description presenting the car as accident free you probably do not have a case. If you check the paper work you signed I suspect it says "as is". Contact a lawyer for actual legal advice.
