Where can i get or have replaced the plastic piece
underneath the volume and a/c control adjustment?

Your local Lincoln dealership could do that for you, but it will likely be a very expensive repair. You might be able to find the part on E-bay. If you have an extended warranty the part may or may not be a covered repair. We own a 2014 MKZ and really like it.
