Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2014 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk.  Since I bought the damn SUV the
dashboard lights goes on and off until the battery is dead.  The whole entire
dashboard in all three sections lights goes on and off.  I have taken it to the
dealer three times on a flatbed and two other times I drove  it back for the
same problem twice and left it there.  They claim to get special workers to
work on the issue.  They call me 5 days later to tell me there is nothing with my
car.  Looked at my car tonight and the same problem is occurring.  I can't take
this anymore so I looking to trade it in.

I would trade it in or hit up Jeep for a lemon claim. Jeeps are bad news.

Can you tell me how I can go about filing for a lemon claim from Jeep? I have all the receipts of this problem since it started happening

First I would talk to Jeep and see if they are helpful. Lemon laws vary from state to state so you will need to look up the lemon law for your state. http://www.jeep.com/webselfservice/jeep/index.html
