Can someone tell me what the offer means?

Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

I was given an offer from caravan for 6000 for
my car. The offer sheet shows 6000-13000 I
owe, and 6000 below that. Does that mean
they are paying off my loan plus 6000, or just
6000 total?
