I have a 2014 Ford Focus. I live in Greensboro NC. Can anyone lead me to
someone who can repair and not knock my head off with price of repair?

Avoid dealerships. Go to an independent mechanic and start by asking for a repair quote and compare. That way you have some control over how much you will be paying. I don't like surprises either. Crooks everywhere.
