Can the F350 super duty pull UVW weight of a 5th wheel (gooseneck) of
14,200 lbs with hitch weight of 3500 lbs? I can't seem to find information on
hitch weight, but there are references that indicate this is the critical bit.

To know for sure you can look it up by vin#. But the average max for a truck is around 11,000lbs+.
