The first owner put 154000 miles and kept all the service

I personally would avoid a high mile car like that and would not pay that much if I did buy it. Make sure you pay a private party price not a dealer price. Do the math and decide how many miles you drive a year and multiply that by the years of your car loan. Even if this car is outstanding you could wear it out long before you pay it off.
