Looking at a 2014 Q5 CPO with 44k miles…should I be concerned on high mileage?

I am interested in an Audi Q5 with 44k miles. It's a premium plus in perfect
condition. Warranty goes until 2019 or 100k miles. Miles are high for two
years but I know they are great cars. Should I have any concern? Price is
decent.

I wouldn't be concerned. There really is no "average" miles per year number. If it is certified by Audi, and the warranty is factory and not aftermarket I would personally be comfortable with it. Make sure to ask if has had its services done though.

Be sure its AUDI certified, not dealer certified. There is a huge difference!
