Crown Victoria won't maintain lane

Recently, my 2010 Crown Victoria does not seem
to want to maintain its lane. While driving at
speeds 45mph and above, it will abruptly drift to
either side. It almost feels like one of the wheels is
randomly turning a few degrees while the others
maintain there path. It gets really hairy at higher
speeds. What could this be?

Could be a bad tie rod end. Google how to test tie rods. Don't put it off, it's a major safety issue.
It sounds like your vehicle is in bad need of a front end alignment which may include replacing tie rod ends, When you get the front end alignment, the mechanic can determine what needs to be replace to get your Crown Victoria back on the RIGHT TRACK! Don't be surprised if this includes replacing BALL JOINTS.cw

I am going to try to get an alignment this coming week. Will the place doing the alignment automatically find the problem while doing the alignment?
Yes, they'll inspect it first, if you have something worn or bad with the suspension, they'll quote you a price on replacing it before doing any alignments. If it's tie rods, sway links, ball joints, struts or upper/lower control arm bushings, let them do the work if the price is reasonable. If it's the rack and pinion, you might want to get some other quotes as those cost a lot.
