I was wondering where the torque
converter is or the sylenoid in the
transmission is on 2007 ford crown
vic police intercepter

The solenoids are part of the valve body assembly inside the transmission, acted from removing the lower pan. The torque convertor is mounted between the transmission and the engine. It sounds like you are ready for a rebuild. I wouldn't recommend working on your transmission, this is not a DIY.
