car wont reverse

Today my car stopped reversing when I put in
reverse n press gas. But it went back very very
very slow when I shift into reverse. Any help or
Suggestions?

Anyone ever solve this problem I have a 2006 police interceptor,you can feel it go into reverse and it’ll idle back wards slowly but once you touch the pedal it stops
