Currenly having an A.C. issue with my 05 P71. A.C.
clutch kicks on and my lines are getting cold, but
my blower isnt working. Should i replace both my
blower and my resistor?

Well your resistor is going to control your speeds. so I would probably go with the blower but your blower is probably could come with the resister. But replacement of both would probably be ideal. For the most part you're resistor is going to be under the dash next to the blower with two screws and a wire connection that's pretty simple. Some Vehicles may have a bill to write in them.

There is no "blower resistor" on these cars. There is a blower control module and it is located under the hood on the firewall just to the rear of the passenger engine cam cover. Tap on the control module to see if the blower comes on. Sometimes the solder joints get bad and a replacement module is required. The Ford part number is F8VZ-19E624-BC and available from www.tascaparts.com for $182.50. If this is the problem I recommend using a genuine Ford part for this repair. It is a better part, but more expensive.

Your issue could also be the blower switch, the blower wiring or the blower motor motor it self, but the most common cause is the blower motor control.
