What radio is compatible with Ford Escape SE 2014

Hi
I'm looking for some help to find a replacement radio for my 2014 Ford
Escape.  One day loud crackling came out of the speakers and then dead,
no sound.  I have tried resetting in different ways, checking the fuses, etc.
etc.  I think that my only hope is to replace the battery, but it doesn't seem to
exist.  The model number is CQ-FJ12E2UMC.  Can someone please help
me?

Most likely blew the output transistors. I would go with a aftermarket unit. Car Toys, Crutchfield, local Sound Centers even Best Buy.
