Can I put f150 seats in an explorer

I like the explorer,but not the front seats. Can I replace them?

First check the width of the seats from door to door and make sure they will fit inside the explorer. I doubt the bolt holes in the floor will match up, but that can be a workaround. You may have to make some electrical wiring adjustments to to any components inside the replacement seats.
