I have a water leak in the rear passenger of my Explorer that drains into my spare tire well. Anyone else have this problem?

Yes! It comes down through the rear seatbelt. This is a known issue with these vehicles that Ford will not acknowledge. Based on what I found online, its a welding issue near the shocks for the lift gate.
