You don't mention what engine you have so two possible answers; For v6/v8; under PDC cover

The top image should work for you, that was listed under the 3.9L.

I believe i need to replace but cant find it and do not have manual

Okay, I circled in red what appears to be location of relays, #1 is the starter, #2 is what I believe is the ASD, #3 looks like another harness connector for a relay but what I don't know, you should at least have a fan relay in there. BTW, the images were labeled as "Fig. 1: A common ASD relay location on V6 and V8 engines," - so it's not absolute the only place the relays could be, but a COMMON place for them to be. Usually they are on or under the power distribution center. If you have that look on the underside of the cover for a relay diagram. Maybe you just have a low optioned truck that didn't need a PDC. Ain't that hard to find, a relay is a relay.
