Go look over your entire PCV system and make sure that one of the rubber elbows hasn't split and collapsed. Don't just look, remove and inspect all the tubes, the valve and connections. That's the most common failure kicking that code. A P0160 does not a bad sensor make. It is a diagnostic code - a place to start.
