Question type: Maintenance & Repair

fuel comes out of the pressure release valve by injectors when checked. plugs have spark. engine began to turn over when we sprayed brake cleaner into the throttle body. Our guess is something is not telling the fuel injectors to spray fuel into the cylinders?

Check to see what the fuel pressure is, not enough pressure, the system will not work.

What was the pressure reading, should be around 50psi if it's to low the injectors won't work properly.

fuel pump, fuel filter, and fuel pressure regulator all replaced, so I'm guessing it's something else?

Is that 38 psi with the new pump? if so sounds like a defective pump, 1 out of 10 new pumps are defective on average.
