fuel transfer from rear tank to front tank

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Had fuel going from rear tank to front tank. Replaced the transfer on the left side of the frame, still doing it, rear to front. Anyone have any ideas.

Mine is 1990 duel tank 150 with 302 Doing same thing if I switch to back tank it pumps the frt tank full and over flows. Have replaced both pumps and checked all Am told that it is check valve called shuttle selector valve Ford nor anyone can tell me what they call it where lit is located or any thing
