fuel and key promble

i have a ford f150 1988 my truck will not start i bought it and it ran and drove got it to my house turned it of and started it aging after that my truck has never started im not getting fuel to the moter i have replaced the fuel fitler i have a fuel pump pushing gas good also i used to be able to turn the key just fine then after a while when i tryed to turn it over the key would turn when i go to turn it back it gets stuck and i hade to use tools to get it unlocked so i could get my key out now my key when you put it in it just spins all the way around plz help me i need it fixed

Check the fuel pressure at the fuel rail use a gauge and read the PSI. The ignition switch and key lock cylinder need to checked and replaced if necessary IF, you can't do it call around and ask the cost of having this work done. Until the "KEY" is corrected you can do much testing. Regards

You have destroyed the ignition cylinder and it will have to be replaced. Not a difficult job if you know how to do it. Check the net for a video. If your key does not have a chip, you can do it yourself. If it does you will have to find a locksmith who can program the two chip keys that come with the new cylinder.
