Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I've replaced everything I could possibly think of
that could be causing the problem. I put a new
starter solenoid, starter, battery, battery cables,
lock cylinder, ignition control module, neutral
safety switch, fuses, spark plugs, spark plug wires,
distributor, relays, fuel pump

The starter relay, is it located on fender lining close to battery? One of the smaller terminals is feed from crank position of ignition switch. With the key in crank position, is that circuit hot? If not, maybe a wiring circuit problem?

it is a fusible link burned out. check the diagram and locate them and test to see that power is going through each . It's a wire that burns on the inside and cant be seen. Pulling on the wire if it stretches it is most likely burned inside but test with a test light to see if you have power first. You can get new fusible links but get the correct ( amp ) to replace as you would for any fuse.
