no night running lights

Everything else works but night running lights new bulbs but no running lights  Help thanx God Bless

are you talking about the parking lights? to find the fault you will need a test light and a wiring diagram- electrical work is difficult without those two things- start be testing to see if you have power in the sockets- then just work your way back upstream to find where the power is being interrupted- piece of cake with the light-

Obviously the rear lights do not work, how about the front? If both are out, front and rear, get a Haynes Manual for your year and make, there are wiring diagrams in the back of the book. As stated previously, you'll also need a volt meter.
