I have a 1986 Ford F-150 and am looking to replace the engine and transmission do you have any recommendations?

Because the engine I have now is wore out it has been rebuilt once before and I have approximately 800,000 miles on it

I would rebuild it but a 302 or 351W would bolt in. A 351 Cleveland would also work as would other Ford engines.
